ITR FILING OF COMPANY IN WHICH TRANSFER PRICING IS APPLICABLE

05 December 2025 I am trying to file ITR-6 for a Pvt Ltd Company in which Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing are applicable for A.Y 2025-26. Both Tax report and Transfer Pricing are uploaded within the due date. Now when i am trying to file the ITR, portal is not allowing me to file the same due to, Due date of filing ITR of Transfer Pricing is 30.11.2025 whereas extended due date for companies other than Transfer Pricing is 10th Dec 2025. Now my ITR is not accepted in 139(1) and also when i am trying to file it is 139(4) along with Late Fees Rs 5,000/- then also it is saying that filing of belated return has not yet started.

Pls guide how to resolve this issue.

06 December 2025 Your Pvt Ltd company is required to file its Income Tax Return (ITR-6) under the Transfer Pricing (TP) category, for which the due date was November 30, 2025. It appears the income tax portal is not yet updated to accept belated returns (under Section 139(4)) for taxpayers who missed the TP due date.
Wait for Portal Update:
• The Income Tax Department typically updates the portal after the extended due dates pass. Since belated filing for AY 2025–26 has not yet been enabled, you may need to wait until after 10 December 2025 when the system opens belated return filing for all categories.
