Hi,I got a notice recent from incometax dept to file ITR, As I have filed ITR in 2012-13, But later I didn't filed my returns, Is there an issue with that?? At that time I have created login details in Incometax portal hence I tried file ITR this time by self, I have to file 2013-14, 2014-15, 2016-15 ITR. In the end of 2014 I changed my organisation hence I dont have the form-16 for my previous organisation is there anyway I can file ITR without form-16 in that assessment year.

You can file ITR using Salary payslips,,contact tax consultant he may do needful
