If ITR Filing is holiday then ITR can be filed on next working day or Not please reply this question.

No. If you are doing e-filing due date will be same irrespective of holiday.

If return is filed in paper format (other than e-filing), and the due date is a day in which IT office is closed, return can be filed on next working day.

Sir is there any such circular (Other than provision under General Clauses Act) with regard to payment of various taxes in case the due date falls on a sunday or on a holiday under the N.I Act?
