05 July 2014 No. If you are doing e-filing due date will be same irrespective of holiday.

06 July 2014 If return is filed in paper format (other than e-filing), and the due date is a day in which IT office is closed, return can be filed on next working day.

06 July 2014 Sir is there any such circular (Other than provision under General Clauses Act) with regard to payment of various taxes in case the due date falls on a sunday or on a holiday under the N.I Act?
