08 June 2013 I filed return of my company in Non Domestic Category instead of Domestic Category, while as the time of the processing of the Return at CPC; demand has been raised due to wrongly selection of Non domestic. Now, i want to file rectification U/s 154 for change in Company type. can this rectification be filed and if Yes than what is process.
