Dear Experts,
A client is a ice dealer. He wants to prepare ITR for F.Y 2012-13 & 2013-14 . He don't have any record. All dealing in cash. yearly revenue approximately 10 lakh. Can he file itr for both year. He was purchased ice in cash and sale in cash. no bills are available. How much cost will be charged for it?

yes he can file return for both years. advisable to file under section 44AD.
