1. what is income tax return filing compliance on conversion of XYZ pvt ltd in to XYZ LLP.
2. is xyz pvt ltd is required to filed income tax return for the financial year in which xyz pvt ltd is converted in XYZ LLP.
e.g. xyz pvt ltd is converted in xyz llp dated 01/01/2016... is xyz pvt ltd required to filed income tax return for fy 2015-16, a.y. 2016-17.

Company is required to file income tax return even if company carries out business in a single day during the financial year. So XYZ pvt ltd. is required to file income tax return for the period business carried out by the company.
