Itr and balance sheet preparation services by a ca-inter

15 December 2016 Can a CA-Inter passed person provide services related to preparation of Balance sheets and IT returns? Is ICAI-ATC course allow the same? Is there any prohibition in CA Act/Other Act for the same?

15 December 2016 If u r asking regarding individual filing, in simple words small files, then its ok, but for big files u need membership for Balance Sheet finalization. Better to do TRP course(tax return preparer) for IT filing.

15 December 2016 You can do this including finalisation of accounts and preparation of balance sheet, you can not do Auditing

25 December 2016 Not on small scale only, any scale as per the capability except that he can not provide Statutory Audit report or other reports and certifications which are required to be signed only by a Chartered Accountant
