whether e-filing of Income Tax Return for Assessment year 2009-10 can file right now ? though it was time barred ? , As it is just to Regularise the return filing process.

you can file if your return is below the tax limit but it is time barred but to regularise you can file that.

If eligible for refund, paper return can be filed with the permission of Commissioner of Income tax upon request under section 119 of the Income tax Act,1961.
