whether e-filing of Income Tax Return for Assessment year 2009-10 can file right now ? though it was time barred ? , As it is just to Regularise the return filing process.

System will not accept the return for the asst yr 2009-10. If eligible for refund, paper return can be filed with the permission of Commissioner of Income tax upon request under section 119 of the Income tax Act,1961.
