25 November 2011 In Details of Directors required in ITR 6 how many directors details is to be provided..

I have 7 directors in my company out of which 2 are Indians and 5 foreignors....

So someone told me only details of two directors is to be put.. in ITR 6

Please Clarify

25 November 2011 Details of all the Directors needs to be incorporated but in case of details of Shareholder's only those are require which which has major/substantial holding in the company
