Dear Sir,
There is column of cash in hand on 31 March in the itr 4S.
Now please advise me, that here I should fill cash balance from the business balance sheet of proprietor
or
I should fill cash balance of personal balance sheet of proprietor.
or
I should fill here total of both balance sheet cash balance?

You should provide Cash Balance as per Business Balance Sheet.
