Hello sir,
My client is doctor and his previous year's income was under Rs.10 lac. I want to know that whether he could file ITR 4S presumptive income return?

not allowed for professional as per finance act 2012 so file itr 4.

Medical Profession is specifically excluded vide section 44AA (1). You need to file ITR4.
