12 June 2020 If listing of a company is suspended whether it will be treated as unlisted co for disclosure in ITR 3?
Whether holding of shares in pvt ltd co will be treared as holding of shares in unlisted co and u have ti file ITR 3i.e u cant file ITR 4.
