Sir/madam, is it mandatory to fill in itr 4 (a.y.2017-18) sundry debtors,sundry creditors, closing stock & cash in hand in case of prussumptive income from business & profession, under 44AD & 44ADA.

No but if any figure is there then u have to fill it. generally everyone has cash balance So fill cash amt
