Can anyone help me to provide excel utility of ITR - 4 for the A.Y. 2014-15, as not available on Income tax site.

excel utility is released by ITD. As of now, no utility for ITR4 is released, you may file ITR by using Java utility.

I think ITD is sleeping as 11 days left for due date, no utility is released...

Do not use ITR from any source other than https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/.
You can use Java utility. It is very similar to excel utility and very easy to use. So file using Java utility and dont wait for last moment.

but java utility is time consuming and very slow. excel utility is better......

Little slow but not difficult to understand and use which is most important. Better than waiting for excel utility.
