13 May 2014 I am proprietor of the firm, Turnover of business was Rs 38 Lakhs (Not liable for Tax Audit) Andy books of a/cs comp lite. now I want to file the income tax return (ITR-4) now my question is what is difference in form no ITR 4S & ITR-4. Can I submit or file the ITR-4 (SUGAM) because regular form ITR-4 not show in Income tax side . please guide me as earliest.

Income tax Return to be filed by individuals, HUF and small business taxpayers having:
Presumptive Business Income
Salary / Pension
One house property
Income from other sources.
This form cannot be used if,
taxpayer Has more than one house property
Speculative income
Agriculture income more than Rs 5000
Winning from lotteries/races
Capital gains
Losses to be carried forward

ITR–4
For individuals and HUFs having income from a proprietory business or profession.

in your case you have to wait for itr 4

16 May 2014 You can file Income tax return in 4S Sugam Form. Form4S is facility given to small assessee, in audit case, for non professional. Your net income should not less than 8%.
