You have to consider 26 AS, TDS certificate to be generated from CPC, not manually, if Tds reflects in 26AS is less than TDS certificate than you have to take written declarations the difference tds. Based on declarations tds actually deducted you can consider tds amount. Same to be uploaded by deducter

Yes, deductor can download TDS certificate after filing return, but within fifteen days only.
