How to file the ITR and How To Convert The excel sheet into XML i cant understanding plzz help me out

ITR has to be filled in excel utility not normal excel.
In excel utility, there is an option to save in xml.

Its very easy, just open the excel sheet & there r various columns, fill all the details applicable to u. After all data filing go to general I sheet then click on calculate tax. after that click on generate save xml. ur return will automatically converted to xml.
