whether there is any time limit for filing nil income tax return..?
for last 2 or 3 yrs..?

The Income tax return can be filed with in 1 year from the date of relevant assessment year ends u/s.139(4) as belated. not more than that

Thank You Expert for your reply.. but can you tell me that if i want to File a return for the A.Y. 2013-14.. can i file it in the F.Y. 2014-15..?

yes. you can file as belated return u/s.139(4) till 31/03/2015
