while i request to income tax department for password reset the department sent two mails at a time it contains one password in each mail .when i try to log in with these two passwords.it shows password r user id wrong.Did i send another mail to department for password reset?

Try the password of latest mail received from
IT Dept. If it is not open, then send another request for password reset.
