25 October 2012 Yes, You can file A.Y.2012-13 return of income upto 31-3-2014 under section 139(4) as belated return and can claim TDS refund and no penalty or interest will charge in case of you have any refund or no tax payable at the time of filing of return(i.e no self assessment tax paid). 19 November 2012 sir I am filling Income on Salary and My Home Loan Inerest 10201/- in AY 2012-13 but software show ITR 1 not Show in U/S 24 (for Home Loan) and Professinol Tax U/S 16
then Which type I file My Return.

19 November 2012 In ITR-1(Sahaj) at the column related to Salary Income fill net salary income after deduction of all allowable expenses like Prof tax,HRA(if any), Exempted allowances etc.... but before to adjustment of Loss or profit from House property. The net loss or profit from House property shall enter at Income from house property column.

So you fill at salary column Net salary income before adjustment of Interest on Housing loan. And at House property income column fill Interest on House property amount with Negative(-) mark.
