sir
i want to ask in itr-1 in ward/circle coloumn -how to find our ward/circle by pan number
secondly in employer category what to do if i have no employer.
thirdly what to do to salary reeived from firm and gift received from parents.
and fourthly what is the fees and procedure for revising irt-1 form and times limit prescribed

ward and circle is not mandatory field. (you can get those details on the site of incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in at your LOGIN. If you have no employer, please do not use ITR-1. Salary received from firm as PARTNER is business/professional income. Gift received from RELATIVE (Parents included) is not income in the hands of DONEE. Return can be revised anytime before it is processed by CPC.
