16 July 2013 IF AN ASSESSEE HAS SALARY INCOME BELOW RS 500000/- SAVING A/C INTEREST RS 3500/- AND OTHER INTEREST RS 22000/- (OTHER THAN PPF INTEREST) FOR F Y 2012-13. IN THIS CASE WHICH RETURN SHOULD HE FILE FOR F Y 2012-13 ASPER INCOME TAX NOTIFICATION 34/2013 DT 01/05/2013. WHAT IS THE EXCAT MEANING OF THIS NOTIFICATION REGARDING INTEREST INCOME AND INCOME TAX FORM TO BE FILED

16 July 2013 said notification says if assesse is having any income not chargeable to tax more than 5000 he should use ITR2 instead of ITR1
