One of my known is doing past control work in a co. and he get Rs. 1 Lacs from the co. and co. deducted his tds @ 1%.
His total income for the f.y. 2014-15 is Rs. 1.5 Lacs. so no need to deposit any tax to government authority.
Just I want to know which itr have to file to get refund and how can i file his return.
