Dear Sir,
How to reduce cst itc 2 % exp. on vat.
suppose i sales in outstate 200000 so cst 2% is 4000/-
then we purchase from local 500000 so vat is 25000/-
we have credit vat already 500000. so how to calculate

At the outset CST can not be claimed as ITC.
If you allowed to take VAT credit ON Local purchase would be better in view of transportation cost, if you are not eligible to take vat credit , compare the landed cost then decide.

But my outstate sales is 1593844 cst 2 % 31879
local purchase of assesable amount is 5015583 and on vat 268148..
cst 2 % itc reduce 24108. how calculate that ?
