11 January 2020 I run a manufacturing uniit of PVR Block/ My trucks are used in the unit for carrying cement and other materials required for the manufacturing of PVR Blocks. Whether I can claim ITC on vehicle parts purchased for my trucks ?

.ITC of motor vehicles used for the carriage of goods is freely available. Amendment Act, 2018 which is applicable from 1st February 2019 .
If ITC is available in these cases then the ITC on repairs maintenance, interest, and the Insurance is also available to the taxpayers”
