can i claim the input tax credit of vat paid on cement steel etc. during construction of my factory building. iam the dealer of footwear

AS PAR SALES TAX ACT YOU COULD NOT CLAIM FOR CREDIT ON THE CAPTIONED ITEM OTHER THAN BUSINESS DEAL.
SO CAPTILISE ALL THING AND NOT TRY TO TAKE CREDIT .
