29 April 2016 Dear sir , I received a notice from VAT department for ITC mismatching. sir I am running my two wheeler sub Dealer in orisa , our sub dealer is purching bick from his dealer in Orisa . details below .... 1. out put tax shown with dealer 113755, ITC taken by sub dealer 257708, mismatching=143953 2. out put tax with dealer 0.00 , ITC taken by sub dealer 12234, mismatching=12234 total mismatching=156187.00 kindly advice me for the same . 1. sub dealer will face any deficulties for this notice. 2. if yes then what is the solution thanks and regards irfan alam

29 April 2016 01. You can notify the facts to the VAT officials.
02. If possible, make polite enquiry with your supplier as to whether or not he has filed the VAT return and how he has shown the sales to you.

02 May 2016 pls make calculation of value on make input and value on which your liablity will come. and also consider the rate of vat charges on both case input and output rate.and match with vat return filed against notice recd. then you read the notice send by the officer, then you make final result that you take wrong input or showing liability with lower rate.
