Itc for gst paid on tenancy right premium

04 November 2018 can i claim input of GST paid for transfer of tenancy Right ( GST is charged to me by the outgoing tenant on amount of tenancy premium). i am running a retail shop on such transferred premises and have a GST registration as well.

04 November 2018 Yes you can claim Input Tax Credit. Since the same is used for furtherance of Business.

07 November 2018 In addition to the reply of CA. Vinod Kothari, please note that for claiming ITC you need to have proper invoice issued as per GST rules.
