Hello Sir,
One of my Clients running proprietary Business by the Name ABC TRADERS. for Building material suppliers. He want to purchase a Four Wheeler for business purpose the cost of vehicle is around 28 lacks Rs.
My question is that Should he can buy Vehicle on GST No. for Claiming ITC or ITC not allowed on this ?
Or should Buy his personal Name ? what will be Right.
Plz tell Me Sir/Ma'am.

Yes... He can avail the ITC if he will purchase with GSTIN...
