if I have purchased goods from the registered supplier but it is not appearing in my GSTR 2 for the month of july , then what will I have to do ?

Enter those invoices in gstr-2.

You can upload the invoice and wait for the supplier to accept it. If he accepts it will be added to your input credit or you can ask him to upload the invoice.

@ Vinay sawant if the supplier accept the changes appearing in GSTR - 1a than his GSTR - 1 shall stand amended to that extent and he will pay gst at the time of filing his GSTR 3
