Dear Sir,
I have received Credit Note from Company. Can I take ITC on Credit Note because GST Rate are mentioned separately in Credit Note.
Please reply as early as possible

Don't be say company... Right...!!!
Please be note Supplier / Customer. Company means, All taxpayers call in the word of Company. It's common name...
It's sales return.....
Then yes you can claim ITC. Also you ll be show it in GSTR 1 separately...
