Can I claim the input credit of GST paid for insurance of car used in business or repair and maintenance of Car.

Repair and maintenance charges available. But, Insurance related GST is not applicable as ITC....

Input credit on Motor Vehicle Insurance unless Motor vehicles are used for Supply of service of transportation of Goods or Passengers, is not eligible for input credit
