30 June 2010 RAVI JI TO WHOME YOU ARE GIVING THE ANSWER AS THE PERSON ASKING THE QUESTION HAS HIMSELF REPLIED. SO THERE IS NO NEED TO ANSWER TO THIS QUERY.
PLEASE THINK ON WHAT I HAVE SAID WE ALL ARE GOOD FRIENDS. BUT OUR REPLY SHOULD MAKE SENSE.
IF YOU THINK I MADE A WRONG COMMENT THAN I AM SORRY FOR MY COMMENT.

19 July 2010 Dear Mr. Sanjay,

I have observed that you express your views in this unwanted way. you have not understood the way adityaji asked question. in my opinion he firstly have asked the question when he was in doubt suddenly he was clear with the answer. but you have no right to express your snobbish behaviour. pl. be cool in your attitude

19 July 2010 Dear Navin
Please see the dates of my question and my answer.

I had asked question on 13 August 2009 and replied to my own query which remained unanswered till 23 November 2009 and i came to know about the answer and hence posted the same for the benefit of anyone else who has a doubt on the same point as i had earlier and nothing else. So there was nothing like suddenly i came to know of the answer. I can to know about the answer through practise and attending before ITAT as i had no previous experience.

So when i had replied the question remained unanswered for 3 months and when i replied Raviji also replied on the same day itself which i think was not needed at all as i had answered my own query when i came to know of the answer. So Ravijis answer was not needed at all and the same view has been expressed by Sanjayji which is also correct and it simply states that reply only where needed and not anywhere and everywhere. So what is wrong in this? Though i do understand that Sanjayji reply was needed as it was an old matter but what he states is not wrong.

19 July 2010 Sorry Naveen ji if you felt my attitude was wrong. You said you have observed that i express my view in unwanted way can you bring those incidence in light so that i can correct my mistakes.
Ravi ji as well as Aditya Ji are good friends. I just wanted to to express that unnecessary replies can be avoided, in order to add more value to our replies.

20 July 2010 there is no need to give instances, just do introspection. every professional appearing on this portal is intelligent and can think about pattern and timing of answers he gives. you should also pl concentrate on the questions only

21 July 2010 When raviji to whom the post was originally was made did not repsond why are making such a fuss to it. It was for him to reply on this post as what sajayji said was correct in his original post. No use dragging the same so long when the person to whom the reply was addressed never replied.
