16 December 2015 Whether there is any way to file IT Return for the FY 2011-12 & 2012-13. My total income is non taxable, but I have to claim refund of Income tax only.

16 December 2015 Apply to the concerned Commissioneer of Income tax to give you the permission to do so. If the considerable amount of refund is due, the CIT does grant the permission.
