18 July 2014 Re registration not Possible. If you dont remember the password. You can use forget password option. New option of OTP has been introduced by Income Tax Department.

Go to login and click forget password. Then in the drop down list you will get option of OTP.

In the drop down list you can also find option to reset password with e-filing acknowledgement no of last year and Saving Bank Account no or with Digital signature.
