17 June 2013 Is there any time restriction to revise the return, because i filed the return in June 2012 and mistake in account number tds not refunded to my account

17 June 2013 Revised return u/sec 139(5) can be filed if you have filed your original return with in due date u/s 139(1)

So first sign itr-v and send to cpc bangalore

after due date , you can revise return and send that itr-v to cpc bangalore
