IT contractor working for UK company

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
An IT contractor working for a UK company for a month needs to create an invoice. They are unsure if anything beyond their hourly rate and hours worked needs to be included. The advice suggests adding bank details for payment. Regarding taxes, it's mentioned that being an expert might exempt them from GST, but they may need to register for GST and provide a letter of undertaking.

10 September 2021 I worked for a company in the UK for about a month, at a pre decided hourly rate. Now they have asked me to send an invoice for payment. Apart from the cost of the number of hours * hourly rate, do I have to add anything else to the invoice?

10 September 2021 Add bank details for your payment.

10 September 2021 Thanks @CA R SEETHARAMAN. I was asking in terms of taxes involved

11 September 2021 Taxes not involved being expert exempt from GST. Register under GST and furnish letter of undertaking.
