Issueance of C Form Against Capital asset Purchased

Dear Sir,
We are dealing in Disposable Items.We have purchased Machinery which is used for Packing of Disposable Items. The said Purchase are OMS against 'C' Form. The said Machinery is not included in our CST Registration Certificate.
Now We want to issue C form for the same.
1)Wheather We have to include that Machinery in our CST RC before issuing C form ?
2)Or We can issue C form without amending CST RC
Pls Guide in this

Practically at the time of registration, u would not have intended to purchase P&M for the present purpose. The Officer may object for the same. Legally u need to make an application for amendment and then apply for C Form. Contact your CA.
