Please tell me the procedure to issue unlisted shares in case of Listed company?

Sir, are you talking about preferential allotment? If yes then first u hv to collect shareholders approval (SR u/s 81(1A) through a GM.
After that allot shares in the BM and file In-principle approval application with STX pursuant to clause 24(a) of listing agreement.
