Dear
AS per Income Tax circular Dt: 13.05.2011, FORM16A is to be downloade from TIN. But I want to know what about TCS Certificate (FORM 27D). Because in the circular nothing is mentioned about Form 27D.
So, pls. advice.

We need to follow the existing procedure for Issue of TCS certificate untill the notification comes for form 27D
