hello! can anyone tell me further shares can be issued if bonus shares has been declared.

Bonus shares are issued in respect of shares outstanding at a particular date.
Shares issued before that date will be eligible for bonus.
If any shares are issued after that date they will not be eligible for bonus.
Shares issued before that date will be eligible for bonus.
If any shares are issued after that date they will not be eligible for bonus.
