It is the case of Private Limited Company Registered in Maharashtra I want to Issue Share Certificate For 12,500 Shares of Rs.100 Each at a premium of Rs.100 each.Whether i have to pay stamp duty both on Face Value of Shares as well as Share Premium. & If I can not be able to affix Revenue Stamp on the Face & Back side of Share Certificate can I attach one more page on which i can affix Revenue Stamp.

You have to pay the satmp duty for both face value and preium. You can type the details as duty paid on dated for rs. and seperate sheet need not be affixed.

Can you tell me Stamp duty will be 2,500 Rs. (12,500 Shares * 200 (Face Value + Premium)
