Dear sir,
Employee salary exceeds 1,50,000 due to deduction u/s 10 and 80 taxable income, below income the 150000, hence no TDS, In that case issue of form 16 is necessary or not.

If no TDS is deducted, then there is no mandatory requirement to issue form 16.

Its not compulsory, though employer can issue form 16
