Issue of e-sugam and bill

Pls. suggest how we have to issue E-sugam for purchase and sales for the following transactions.
1. Dealer registered in Karnataka ( Seller )
a. Eg : buy material from Vizak,AndraPradesh & Delivered to customer X in Vizak itself.
b. Eg : buy material from Vizak,AndraPradesh & delivered to customer place in Karnataka
Kindly suggest.

E-sugam is fecility created to record a sale or purchase transaction,so that one can pass through a checkpost smoothly.Open the Ctax web site and fill up the columns giving all details such as buyer,supplier/seller,qty and description goods,purpose,TIN no date etc.Delivery of purchased goods to another dealer also can be done in the same E-sugam form....MJK
