During the year there was transfer of shares without issuing share certificate Also the certificate for shares already transfered is not made.

Now if Company want to get CC, can it be issued with the qualification for the same..

08 December 2009 There is a clause in the compliance report whereby the practicing company secretary has to state in the report about the status of the delivery of share certificates on allotment of securities and on lodgment thereof for transfer/transmission of securities. In view of the above, the query raised may have to be commented by the Practicing Company Secretary.
