We are having company in Chhattisgarh Can we issue C from against local purchase. Please reply as soon as possible as this is urgent.

Vat applicable in State purchase/sale full tax to be charge. form C for Central Purchase/sale .

I came to know that in chattisgarh state it is possible to issue C form against local purchase as it is a new state. So just want to confirm whether it is correct or not.
