whether CA final Exam will be postponed in a particular state if it clashes with assembly elections ?

I believe you are talking about clash of dates and not of people!
ICAI generally doesn't postpone exams for a specific state. so don't hinge you plans on it

I think you should get your facts right !. In recently CONCLUDED himachal Pradesh elections. Elections were postponed in the state of himachal Pradesh only. Particular exam which clashes with elections
