Dear Students & Members
I want to ask whether is this true that now a Ca Student who is either registered under CA Old course or New Course shall not be allowed to take transffered under the new rules.If that is the case then a Student who wants to do IT Training will be not be allowed if he/she is already under register under a Ca Firm. Such a sad decision from ICAI.Is this a Justice made to CA students.
Please discuss on this.

The Institute rules are framed by super seniors based on properly analysing the matter and proper discussions. Just like that institute will not dictate any rules.
It is for the benefit of the students only the rule has been brought in.
The IT training which you are telling is for 200 hours and there are branches which finishes quickly within 15days or so.
You can inform your employer and take leave and attend the classess. It is not that you should get transfer to attend it classes.
Students should bear in mind the intitute is paving way for the developement of discipline, profession and everything. You should respect the rules of the institute.
Instead of aruguing with the rules of the instiute follow the same and show your calibre in your studies and should clear the exams properly.
