07 February 2016 I am reselling gift voucher of different brands do i have to pay any type of tax?Service tax or VAT Buying from brands in bulk and reselling them.

07 February 2016 Gift voucher if you collect excess amount than face value, it amounts to service, but upto 10 lakh threshold limit is there for initial for Service Tax registration.

Vat applicable only when gift voucher redeemed for purchase but that will be added to purchase cost which will be discharged by seller.
