I am a pvt comp & does not registered as hospital & not a clinical establishment but giving corporate health care & corporate health check up service is service tax apply??

HEALTH CARE SERVICE TAX IS NOT APPLICABLE UNDER NOTIFICATION 25-2012 , EXCEPT HAIR TRANSPLANT,COSMETIC OR PLASTIC SURGERY EXCEPT WHEN UNDERTAKEN TO RESTORE OR RECONSTRUCT ANATOMY OR FUNCTIONS OF BODY AFFECTED DUE TO CONGENITAL DEFECTS,DEVELOPMENT ABNORMALITIES , INJURY OR TRUMA
